    CoCrW Powder typically contain tungsten and carbon for strengthening. Carbon has low solid solubility in cobalt and therefore, most of it partitions in WC, W2C and M6C or other carbides. These hard phases have a strengthening effect, making such alloys maintain high hardness and strength at temperatures under 800℃. The cobalt-chromium-tungsten-carbon alloys generally have excellent properties to resist high temperature wear, oxidation and thermal fatigue.

    Q1. What is your product line?
    A: We specialize in hardfacing & wear-resistant welding / thermal spray consumables, with the strength of Cobalt, Nickel and Iron based alloys in form of rod, powder and electrode.
    Q2. Can I have a sample order?
    A: Yes, we offer FREE sample for inspection. Mixed samples are acceptable.
    Q3. What about the lead time?
    A: Sample needs 1-3 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 100kgs.
    Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?
    A: Low MOQ, 3-5 kgs for sample checking is available.
    Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
    A: Depends on the transportation you choose. It usually takes 3 weeks to arrive by sea. Airline and Express shipping are also optional.
    Q6. Do you have a fixed price list?
    A: We do not. We quote based on the result we evaluate customers from various aspects, such as quantity, payment term, lead time, etc.
    Q7. Is it OK to label my logo on packages?
    A: Yes. Please inform us formally before the production. You could confirm the design earlier based on our sample.
    Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
    A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
    than 0.1%. If you do receive items with fault, we offer 100% refund or replacement.
    About Delivery and shipping

    1. For the products which we have raw material in stock.

    We can deliver the products within 7-10 days after the payment has been confirmed.

    We will choose the shipping way as you required: By sea, by air, by express, etc.
